Competition Program for Youth & Adult - Ages 8 & Up
This program is designed for dedicated club members who are committed to advancing their skills and competing at a higher level. Each session focuses on building the complete archer through:
- Fitness & Conditioning – exercises to enhance strength, stability, and endurance for competition.
- Technical Drills – structured shooting drills to refine accuracy and consistency.
- Mental Training – strategies for focus, confidence, and handling tournament pressure.
- Equipment Knowledge – understanding setup, tuning, and regular maintenance of your gear.
- Competition Practice – scoring rounds and simulated tournament environments to prepare for real events.

Program Requirements:
- Must be an active member of the club.
- Must maintain a commitment to continuous competition.
- Minimum benchmark scores for entry:
- Recurve/Compound: 225 at 18m on a 40cm target.
- Barebow: 200 at 18m on a 40cm target.
- Recurve/Compound: 225 at 18m on a 40cm target.
- Ages 8 & Up
- Members must compete in at least one major and one local tournament each year to remain in the program.
- Up-to-date BC Archery membership

Every Sunday
5:00 PM - 6:30PM

Fee:
$475 +tax for 12 Classes ( Youth members can transfer existing Youth Program session into this program).
- No extensions or make-up classes for missed sessions.
